Demon Deacons

Angie is resting up for a long day of "GETTING IT DONE" before the Elon game on Saturday. (176 days ago)

Brief description: DEACS IN YO MOUF IS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH. AS SUCH, I BOUGHT AN AMBULANCE EXCLUSIVELY FOR TAILGATING. I NAMED HER ANGIE AFTER THE ROLLING STONES' SONG BECAUSE, IN THE END. . ."YOU CAN'T SAY WE NEVER TRIED."

About me

Angie The Ambulance is the premier tailgating vehicle at BB&T Field, home of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.  She can be seen on displayed in the Blue Lot at every home football game, and occasionally makes it out for a soccer or hoops game.

A 1977 Ford Econoline E350 ambulance, Angie boats a Big Block V8 Ford 460 engine and, with less than 34,000 miles on the odometer, is a certified "PYT" (Pretty Young Thing).  She's a sucker for premium gasoline and has been known to crush the heart of an alternator. . . or two.  Oh, and she has an unadulterated hatred for a certain school located in Durham.

If you're looking for Angie (in addition to finding her in the club), she can be found on any given Saturday engaging in her favorite tailgating activities:

  • Grilling Meat and Meat Products on her Bubba Keg Convection Grill
  • Competitive Substance Abuse on the gurney brew pong/flip cup table
  • Tossing Bags. . . . BAGS!!!!!!!!!!
  • Listening to classic rock tunes
  • Throwing Around the Football
  • Mocking visiting fans
  • Post-Grad Fratting
