Had a great time tailgating at one of the premier DIII "rivalry" football games, The Monon Bell Game featuring Wabash College at Deapauw University. This game was the 116th meeting of theese two storied DIII teams. Heading into the game the series was tied at 53-53-9. DePauw was 7-1co-SCAC champs, and Wabash was 8-1 and runner-up in their conference. Unfortunately, the Tigers dropped to 7-2 in a 32-19 defeat.
However, the tailgating in the Peeler Lot was outstanding and the Bubba Keg Grill definitely drew a crowd of both DePauw fans and Wabash fans. My sister-in-law had heard all about the Bubba Keg Grill and our tailgating exploits, but had not had an opportunity to see the grill first hand until Saturday.
Started off the morning with a batch of cinnamon rolles on the BKG, then switched over to pork chops, Bubba-Byes (ribeye sandwiches), and hamburgers. My sister-in-law requested a pork chop and after the first bite said that this pork chop was "the best piece of meat I've ever had!"
I think this is a pretty good endorsement for the BKG. Not simply the best pork chop, but the best piece of meat she has ever had. The only seasoning I used was Lowreys seasoned salt. The Bubba Keg Grill did the rest.
Also was parked next to a catering service for many DePauw families. I geve each of the chefs one of the pork chops as well figuring they might enjoy eating something other than what they were cooking. Both chefs came back over to thank me for the chop and complimented me on the taste. They asked several questions about the BKG and I gave them one of the brochures and told them about the Home Depot site and sale price and the fact that if they voted, they'd get a $50 discount coupon from Bubba Keg. They told me they were definitely going to vote for Ultimate Tailgating and buy a Bubba Keg Grill.
Also showed off the grill and passed out several brochures to other fans walking through our tailgating area. My wife is simply "amazed" that everytime we go tailgating people come up to me to ask about my Bubba Keg Grill. She thinks it's some kind of "Man thing", but the Bubba Keg Grill definitely draws a crowd.
Thanks Bubba Keg for an awesome tailgating season and outstanding home grilled grub!

Please check out my video The Bubba Keg Grill and the Bubba Bus at BSU. Shows how we roll at Ultimate Tailgating. One added benefit to the Bubba Keg Grill over gas grills is that even in the most windy conditions, the Bubba Keg Grill still keeps cooking. I have had several gas grills in the past where you have to worry about where you place the grill during windy conditions just to keep the burners lit. With the Bubba Keg Grill it is NEVER a problem. If you wanna grill anytime, anywhere, get yourself a Bubba Keg Grill.
Also, don't forget to vote for Ultimate Tailgating!

80% chance for rain on Friday evening for HS sectional semi-final game, then 50% on Saturday at Ball State. Unbelievable! The only good thing is the food coming off the BKG tastes just as good in the rain as it does in clear skies!

Bad weather for tailgating and sectional first round on Friday, but the Bubba Keg Grill still came through like a charm. Five families still showed up and tailgated eventhough nobody else did. We advanced 41-13 and 8-2 on the year.
Next weekend, round two of the sectional on Friday, then back over to Ball State for a game on Halloween.
The Bubba Keg Grill will be in action again.

Made some new friends and had a lot of interest in the Bubba Keg Grill at Ball State Tailgate Town today. Made the now famous Bubba Keg Breakfast Burritos with the help of a small Griddle Q. Also had an opportunity to sample several of the Sand Creek Brewery specialty beers, Thanks to Brewmaster Todd Krueger.
If you have never tasted the Sand Creek beers....You need to do so. Bubba Keg Grill, Bubba Keg coolers, and Sand Creek beer....It just dosen't get any better than that.
I strongly recommend the Hard Lemonade. That stuff is amazing.

The folks from Sand Creek Brewery in Black River Falls, WI are coming to tailgate town at Ball State tomorrow. Sand Creek is a micro brewery that makes outstanding beer.
I plan on sampling a few different beers tomorrow while using the bubba keg grill! Plan on starting the tailgate off with BKG breakfast burritos, then grilling some pork chops and eating some shrimp with our secret "Fire" Coctail sauce made by famous Seattle Chef Jack Buttry.
My sinuses are burning already.
Ultimate tailgating.

Plan on having breakfast burritos, Jumbo shrimp and spicey sause, pork chops, beverages in Bubba Kegs! Should be a good time, albeit a little chilli. High of only 47 degrees tomorrow in Muncie. At least we'll have the Bubba Keg Grill to keep us warm and fed.

Wow! Who would have ever thought you could make tender, juicy, pulled pork on a Tuesday night during the week? With the Bubba Keg Grill, you can too.
If you're like me, working every day of the week, you just don't have time to dedicate to roasting low and slow like those catering companies do. Well, the Bubba Keg Grill, enables you to "cook like the pros."
Take a look at the video and pictures of the pork butt I cooked last evening. The Bubba Keg Grill and the oven did all the work for me, and I slept like a baby all night. Couldn't wait to get out of bed this morning to see how the pulled pork turned out. It is OUTSTANDING!
