Big GQ has been busy but we finally have some pics up of what the Bubba Keg can do with some pork, beef, shrimp and sausage. The Bubba Keg performed outstanding and the food turned out great. It is easy to see how versatile and efficient the Bubba Keg is on the road.
Having my own competition BBQ team, we have cooked on a many different type cookers. I am impressed with the Bubba Keg’s performance and quick learning curve. Hands down, as far as control and heat retention, it is just as competitive as any “ceramic” type cooker I have ever used. AND at about half the price of a comparative “ceramic” type cooker, it is more bang for your buck. Not bashing the competition, just singing the Bubba Keg praises. Great work Bubba people! : )

As we are ready to load the Bubba Keg, the rain is rentless. Luckily game time is not until 7PM. Hopefully the rain will be gone by then. Its only about a 25 minute ride to the stadium. Just waiting on a break in the rain.
Smoked Beef Filet, Bacon wrapped Prawn, homemade Sausage and Creole on the menu, along with sauteed veggies and rice. Plenty of Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka mixed with lemonade to wash things down. The Bubba Keg is going to get a good workout today. (I hope)
Go Cocks! Bring it on Vanderbuilt!

Due to some major unexpected computer issues, (can you say blew up?) our web presence has been delayed. However, even with the unfortunate data loss, the Cockaboose starts to roll now. Thanks to all those who have added us as friends. Its time for Gamecock country to represent.
